FLORA & FAUNA

I almost didn't post these photos, but now that
some time has passed, viewing them evokes a
certain feeling for that time and place.

High contrast shadows

The saw-like teeth on this plant's edges were surprisingly pliant to the touch.

Cactus

This cactus was taller than me.

Seems like all Spanish trees slouch.

Palm tree trunks remind me of woven baskets.
